Subsequent Events	Note 7 – Subsequent Events Subsequent events have been evaluated subsequent to the consolidated balance sheet date of March 31, 2023 through the filing date of this Quarterly Report. Based on management’s evaluation, there are no other events that required recognition or disclosure, other than those discussed below and elsewhere in the notes hereto. Subsequent to March 31, 2023, the Company sold a total of 1,084,281 shares of its common stock under the ATM Facility for aggregate net proceeds of $2,507,928.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
