_________
(a) In accordance with ASC 820-10, certain investments that are measured using the net asset value per share (or its equivalent) as a practical expedient for fair value have not been classified in the fair value hierarchy. These investments are generally not redeemable. The fair value amounts presented in this table are intended to permit reconciliation of the fair value hierarchy to the amounts presented in the Consolidated Statements of Assets and Liabilities.
The following table presents the financial instruments carried at fair value as of September 30, 2025 on the Company’s Consolidated Statements of Assets and Liabilities for each of the three levels of hierarchy established by ASC 820:
Level 1Level 2Level 3Total

When a determination is made to classify a financial instrument within Level 3 of the valuation hierarchy, the determination is based upon the fact that the unobservable factors are significant to the overall fair value measurement. However, Level 3 financial instruments typically have both unobservable or Level 3 components and observable components (i.e. components that are actively quoted and can be validated by external sources). Accordingly, the appreciation (depreciation) in the tables below includes changes in fair value due in part to observable factors that are part of the valuation methodology. Transfers between levels are recognized at the beginning of the reporting period.
The principal values of the credit facilities payable approximate fair value due to their variable interest rates and are included in Level 3 of the hierarchy. The Adviser used market quotes as of the valuation date to estimate the fair value of the Company’s 8.400% notes due 2028, 6.500% notes due 2029 and 6.190% notes due 2030, which are included in Level 2 of the hierarchy.
The following table provides a roll-forward of the changes in fair value from March 31, 2026 to June 30, 2026 for all investments for which the Adviser determined fair value using unobservable (Level 3) factors:

(e) The Adviser generally uses prices provided by an independent pricing service which are non-binding indicative prices on or near the
valuation date as the primary basis for the fair value determinations for quoted senior secured debt investments. Since these prices are nonbinding, they may not be indicative of fair value. The Adviser evaluates the quotations provided by pricing vendors and brokers based on available market information, including trading activity of the subject or similar securities, or by performing a comparable security analysis to ensure that fair values are reasonably estimated.
(f) Since September 30, 2025, the valuation technique for two subordinated debt investments changed from Market Yield to Enterprise Value. There have been no other changes in techniques utilized to value Level 3 investments that resulted in a material impact to the financial statements.

Under the market yield technique, the significant unobservable input used in the fair value measurement of the Company’s investments in debt securities is the market yield. Increases or decreases in the market yield may result in a lower or higher fair value measurement, respectively.
Under the EV technique, the significant unobservable input used in the fair value measurement of the Company’s investments in debt or equity securities is the earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (“EBITDA”), revenue or asset multiple, as applicable. Increases or decreases in the valuation multiples in isolation may result in a higher or lower fair value measurement, respectively.

(1) Represents the interest rate as of June 30, 2026. All interest rates are payable in cash, unless otherwise noted.
(2) The interest rate on the principal balance outstanding for most of the floating rate loans is indexed to the EURIBOR, SOFR, SONIA and/or an alternate base rate (e.g., prime rate), which typically resets semi-annually, quarterly, or monthly at the borrower's option. The borrower may also elect to have multiple interest reset periods for each loan. For each of these loans, the Company has provided the applicable margin over the reference rates based on each respective credit agreement and the cash interest rate as of period end. As of June 30, 2026, the reference rates for the Company's variable rate loans were the 30-day SOFR at 3.63%, the 90-day SOFR at 3.63%, the 180-day SOFR at 3.67%, the SONIA at 3.75%, the 90-day BBSW at 4.46%, the 90-day NIBOR at 4.56%, the 180-day STIBOR at 2.12%, the 30-day EURIBOR at
2.20%, the 90-day EURIBOR at 2.32% and the 180-day EURIBOR at 2.57%. Most loans include an interest floor, which generally ranges from 0% to 1%. SOFR based contracts may include a credit spread adjustment that is charged in addition to the base rate and the stated spread.
(3) Represents the current determination of fair value as of June 30, 2026 utilizing a similar technique as the Company in accordance with ASC 820. However, the determination of such fair value is not included in the valuation process described elsewhere herein.
