The securities to be registered hereby are the Class A ordinary shares, par value $0.0001 per share (the “Class A Ordinary Shares”), of MELI Kaszek Pioneer Corp (the “Registrant”). The description of the Class A Ordinary Shares is contained in the section entitled “Description of Securities” in the Registrant’s prospectus forming a part of its Registration Statement on Form S-1 (File No. 333-259473), originally filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on September 13, 2021, as thereafter amended on September 21, 2021 (the “Registration Statement”), to which this Form 8-A relates, is incorporated by reference herein. Any form of prospectus or prospectus supplement to the Registration Statement that includes such description and that is subsequently filed is also incorporated by reference herein.
