Defined Contribution 401(k) Savings Plan	Defined Contribution 401(k) Savings PlanConsensus has a 401(k) Savings Plan that qualifies under Section 401(k) of the Internal Revenue Code. Eligible employees may contribute a portion of their salary through payroll deductions, subject to certain limitations. The Company may make annual contributions at its sole discretion to these plans. For the years ended December 31, 2021, 2020 and 2019, the Company made contributions of $0.2 million, $0.2 million and $0.2 million, respectively, to this 401(k) Savings Plan.
