As of March 31, 2024, NextNav had authorized the issuance of 600,000,000 shares of capital stock, par value, 0.0001 per share, consisting of (a) 500,000,000 shares of common stock and (b) 100,000,000 shares of undesignated preferred stock. As of March 31, 2024, NextNav had 112,712,136 shares of common stock issued and 112,582,924 shares of common stock outstanding.
