Subsequent Events	Note 10 - Subsequent Events The Company evaluated subsequent events and transactions that occurred up to the date unaudited condensed financial statements were issued. Based upon this review, the Company did not identify any subsequent events, other than as described below, that would have required adjustment or disclosure in the unaudited condensed financial statements. On October 25, 2022, the Company issued an unsecured convertible promissory note in the aggregate principal amount of $ 90,000 (the “Convertible Note”) to the Sponsor. Pursuant to the Convertible Note, the Company agreed to repay the outstanding principal amount of the Convertible Note on the earlier of (i) May 31, 2023 and (ii) the effective date of a Business Combination (the “Maturity Date”).
