NGP Switchback II, LLC (the "Sponsor") is the record holder of the shares reported herein. Mr. Mutrie is a manager and co-chief executive officer of the Sponsor. As such, Mr. Mutrie may be deemed to have or share beneficial ownership of the securities held directly by the Sponsor. The shares of Class B Common Stock are convertible into shares of Class A Common Stock of the Issuer on a one-for-one basis, subject to adjustment pursuant to certain anti-dilution rights, and have no expiration date.
