Nyxoah SA

On January 9, 2024, Nyxoah SA (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing certain preliminary and unaudited results for the quarter and full year ended December 31, 2023. As noted in the Press Release, preliminary and unaudited revenue for the fourth quarter of 2023 is anticipated to be approximately €1.8 million, and preliminary and unaudited revenue for the full year 2023 is anticipated to be approximately €4.3 million. The preliminary, unaudited revenue results described in the Press Release and herein are estimates only and are subject to revision until the Company reports its full financial results for 2023 in its Annual Report on Form 20-F.

A copy of the Press Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
