Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
 
On June 28, 2022, Paul Bascobert informed Blue Ocean Acquisition Corp (the “Company”) that he intends to resign from his position as Chief Executive Officer, effective September 18, 2022. Mr. Bascobert will remain a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the Company following his resignation as Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Bascobert’s resignation was not the result of any dispute or disagreement with the Company or the Board on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
