Related Parties	Related Parties The Company’s controlling shareholder, H&F, owns an insurance brokerage vendor used by the Company. For the years ended December 30, 2022 and December 31, 2021, the Company incurred $1,114 and $1,874 of expenses from this vendor. During 2022, the Company discontinued the use of vendor as its insurance broker, however the Company’s 401(k) plan continued to use the vendor as it’s Plan Administrator. No fees were billed to the Company directly for the 401(k) plan administration service. Additionally, H&F also has an ownership interest in a human capital management, payroll, HR service, and workforce management vendor used by the Company. For the years ended December 29, 2023, December 30, 2022, and December 31, 2021, the Company incurred $454, $519, and $541 of expenses, respectively. These expenses are included in selling, general, and administrative expenses in the accompanying consolidated statements of operations. Amounts owed by the Company in connection with the expenses described above were not material as of December 29, 2023 and December 30, 2022, respectively.
