Subsequent events On July 5, 2022, we closed on our offer to the holders of our outstanding public warrants to receive 0.240 shares of Class A Common Stock in exchange for each outstanding public warrant tendered by the holder ("Offer"). At closing, we issued 2,727,785 shares of Class A Common Stock in exchange for 11,365,913 public warrants tendered in the Offer.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
