Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On September 24, 2021, JATT Acquisition Corp (the “Company”) received a letter of resignation from Josh Distler pursuant to which Mr. Distler resigned as a director of the Company. Mr. Distler indicated that his resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, polices or practices.
