Explanation of Responses:

1. The ordinary shares are described under the heading "Description of Securities" in the Issuer's Registration Statement on Form S-1 (File No. 333-257459) (the "Registration Statement") and have no expiration date. On February 24, 2022, the Reporting Person acquired 18,782 ordinary shares from certain directors and officers of Chavant Capital Acquisition Corp. for no consideration.

2. Chavant Capital Partners LLC is the record holder of the securities reported herein. Jiong Ma is the manager of Chavant Capital Partners LLC and has voting and investment discretion with respect to the securities held of record by Chavant Capital Partners LLC. Dr. Ma disclaims any beneficial ownership of the securities held by Chavant Capital Partners LLC other than to the extent of any pecuniary interest she may have therein, directly or indirectly.
