SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS In October 2024, we released additional customer deposits related to Insider membership program and stretch card agreements as part of the agreement with flyExclusive. On November 4, 2024, the Company entered into a Settlement Agreement and Stipulation (the "Settlement Agreement”) with Sunpeak Holdings Corporation ("SHC”), which became effective on November 6, 2024, to settle outstanding claims owed to SHC. Pursuant to the Settlement Agreement, SHC has agreed to purchase certain outstanding payables between the Company and designated vendors of the Company totaling approximately $4.7 million (the "Claims”) and will exchange such Claims for a settlement amount payable in shares of common stock of the Company (the "Settlement Shares”). The Settlement Shares shall be priced at the closing price of the Company’s common stock on November 4, 2024, subject to adjustment pursuant to the terms of the Settlement Agreement. The Company shall also issue to SHC, on the issuance date(s), 100,000 freely trading shares pursuant to the agreement.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
