Subsequent Events	Note 13. Subsequent Events Offering Status As of May 6, 2025, in connection with our offerings we have issued approximately 11.5 million Class P shares for gross offering proceeds of approximately $109.9 million, approximately 3.1 million Class A shares for gross offering proceeds of approximately $32.1 million, approximately 5.1 million Class T shares for gross offering proceeds of approximately $50.8 million, approximately 0.7 million Class W shares for gross offering proceeds of approximately $6.7 million, approximately 5.0 million Class Y shares for gross offering proceeds of approximately $48.0 million and approximately 0.5 million Class Z shares for gross offering proceeds of approximately $4.5 million.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
