Subsequent Events	NOTE 10. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS The Company’s management has evaluated subsequent events and transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date up to the date that the financial statements were issued. Based upon this review, the Company did not identify any subsequent events, except as noted below, that would have required adjustment or disclosure in the financial statements. On July 25, 2023, the Company filed Form 10-K/A Amendment No. 2 in response to Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) correspondence dated July 6, 2023.
