For the three and six months ended June 30, 2025, the Company recorded $0.2 million and $0.4 million, respectively, of interest expense with Anapass, Inc. in the unaudited condensed consolidated statements of operations. For the three and six months ended June 30, 2024, the Company recorded $0.1 million and $0.3 million, respectively, of interest expense with Anapass, Inc. in the unaudited condensed consolidated statements of operations. For the three and six months ended June 30, 2025, the Company recorded $0.9 million and $1.4 million, respectively, of interest expense with Kyeongho Lee in the unaudited condensed consolidated statements of operations. Interest expense related to the Company’s arrangements with Kyeongho Lee was immaterial during the three and six months ended June 30, 2024.
