NOTE 1 - ORGANIZATION AND BUSINESS	NOTE 1 – ORGANIZATION AND BUSINESS CYBER APP SOLUTIONS CORP. (the “Company”) is a corporation established under the corporation laws in the State of Nevada on February 19, 2021. Cyber App Solutions Corp. is in the mobile application development businesses. The Company has adopted a February 28 fiscal year end.

The entire disclosure for the general note to the financial statements for the reporting entity which may include, descriptions of the basis of presentation, business description, significant accounting policies, consolidations, reclassifications, new pronouncements not yet adopted and changes in accounting principles.
