Equipment consists of the following:

Depreciation expense was approximately $105 and $907, respectively, for the three months ended June 30, 2025 and 2024, respectively. For the six months ended June 30, 2025 and 2024, respectively, depreciation expense was approximately $418 and $1,815, respectively.

Depreciation expense is included within General and Administrative expenses in the accompanying Consolidated Statement of Operations and Comprehensive Loss.
