Equipment consists of the following:

Depreciation expense was approximately $907 and $907, respectively, for the three months ended June 30, 2024 and 2023, respectively. For the six months ended June 30, 2024 and 2023, respectively, depreciation expense was approximately $1,815 and $1,815, respectively.

Depreciation expense is included within General and Administrative expenses in the accompanying Condensed Consolidated Statement of Operations.
