 The Warrants are measured at fair value on a recurring basis. As of March 31, 2023 and December 31, 2022, the fair value of the Public Warrants is determined using quoted market prices and are classified as Level 1, and the Private Warrants are benchmarked to the fair value of the Public Warrants and are classified as Level 2.
