On February 1, 2023, TC Bancshares, Inc. (the "Company") announced that Linda K. Palmer, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will step down from the Chief Financial Officer position on May 18, 2023. Scott McLean, previously the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Union Bank, will join the Company on February 1, 2023, and is expected to assume the role of Chief Financial Officer upon Mrs. Palmer’s retirement on May 18, 2023.

On February 1, 2023, the Company issued a press release announcing the expected transition of the Company’s CFO from Linda K. Palmer to Scott McLean. For additional information reference is made to the Company's press release dated February 1, 2023, which is included hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
