Integral Acquisition Corporation 1 (the “Company”) was unable, without unreasonable effort or expense, to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2021 (the “Q3 2021 Form 10-Q”) in a timely manner due to the Company requiring additional time to work internally with its staff and externally with its outside auditors to finalize the financial statements set forth in the Q3 2021 Form 10-Q. The Company expects to file the Q3 2021 Form 10-Q within the additional time frame allowed by this report.
