On March 21, 2023, Telesis Bio Inc. (“the Company”) issued a press release (the “Earnings Release”) announcing results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2022. A copy of the Earnings Release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
