2. OneMedNet Solutions Corporation’s wholly-owned subsidiary, OneMedNet Technologies (Canada) Inc., incorporated on October 16, 2015 under the provisions of the Business Corporations Act of British Columbia whose functional currency is the Canadian dollar.
