Second Annual General Meeting voting results

ReNew Energy Global Plc (the “Company”) announces the results of its second Annual General Meeting (the "AGM”) held on September 12, 2023. AGM results are attached to this Report of Foreign Private Issuer on Form 6-K (this “Form 6-K”) as Exhibit 99.1.

Amendments to the Company’s Articles of Association

On September 12, 2023, the shareholders of the Company approved amendments to the Articles of Association of the Company. A copy of the amended Articles of Association is attached to this Form 6-K as Exhibit 99.2.

The contents of this Form 6-K, including Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2 hereto, are incorporated by reference into the Company’s registration statement on Form F-3, SEC file number 333-259706, filed by the Registrant on October 13, 2022 (as supplemented by any prospectus supplements filed on or prior to the date of this Form 6-K), and shall be a part thereof from the date on which this Form 6-K is furnished, to the extent not superseded by documents or reports subsequently filed or furnished.
