1. ORGANIZATION AND NATURE OF BUSINESS	`1.`ORGANIZATION AND NATURE OF BUSINESS GLIDELOGIC CORP. (“the Company”) was incorporated in the State of Nevada on December 11, 2020. The Company is a diversified software development and consulting firm specializing in the development of AI-based software, financial technologies (fintech) software, and blockchain technologies related software solutions. Additionally, the Company offers consulting services to business customers and retail customers for these three areas as well. As of October 31, 2025, the Company's principal office is located at 8275 S. Eastern Ave. Suite 200-#406, Las Vegas, Nevada, United States. The Company engages with customers and vendors both within and outside of the United States.
