Item 8.01 Other Events.

On July 1, 2022, Verano Holdings Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the opening of MÜV Tamarac on Friday, July 1, 2022, which is the Company’s 49^th dispensary in Florida and 102^nd dispensary nationwide. A copy of such press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
