Initial Public Offering	Note 3 — Initial Public Offering Pursuant to the Initial Public Offering, the Company sold 18,500,000 Units at a price of $10.00 per Unit, which includes the partial exercise by the underwriter of the overallotment option to purchase an additional 1,000,000 Units. Each Unit consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-third of one redeemable warrant (each, a “Public Warrant”), each whole Public Warrant entitling the holder thereof to purchase one Class A ordinary share at a price of $11.50 per share, subject to adjustment (see Note 6).
