Deposits from directors, executive officers, and their affiliates totaled $729 and $583 at December 31, 2023 and 2022, respectively.

The Company utilizes the services of law firms in which certain of the Company’s directors are partners. Fees paid to the firms were $24 during the years ended December 31, 2023 and 2022, respectively.
