NOTE 9 — Employee Benefit Plan

The Company sponsors a 401(k)-profit sharing plan covering substantially all employees certain age and minimum service requirements. The Company may then match a discretionary percentage of each eligible participant’s contribution. The expense charge to operations for the Company’s matching contributions were $425 and $411 for the years ended December 31, 2023 and 2022, respectively.
