DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS	DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS FIGS, Inc., a Delaware corporation (together with its wholly-owned subsidiary FIGS Canada, Inc. unless the context requires otherwise, the “Company”), was founded in 2013 and is a founder-led, direct-to-consumer healthcare apparel and lifestyle brand company. The Company designs and sells scrubwear and non-scrubwear, such as outerwear, underscrubs, footwear, compression socks, lab coats, loungewear and other apparel. The Company markets and sells its products primarily in the United States. Sales are primarily generated through the Company’s digital platforms.
