A different amino acid change at the same position, c.338T>C (p.Leu113Pro), has previously been reported to be causative for frontotemporal dementia and early-onset Alzheimer’s Disease (Raux et al. 2000. Baseline After 3 Doses • Daniel was able to eat noodles with chopsticks for the first time in many months. However, he used the chopsticks like a fork, but he was able to hold it firmly and go through the motions as if using chopsticks. • Daniel was able to shoot a basketball at the park, but he was still off balance.
