HCM Acquisition Corp (the “Registrant”) is unable to file, without unreasonable effort and expense, its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2023 (the “Q2 10-Q”) because the Registrant requires additional time to complete its financial statements and related disclosures in the Q2 10-Q. The Q2 10-Q will be filed on or before the 5th calendar day following the prescribed due date of the Q2 10-Q.
