ASSETS HELD FOR SALE	ASSETS HELD FOR SALE On November 27, 2024, the Company entered into a definitive agreement to sell the South Carolina Land to Data Journey LLC (“Data Journey”) for $12.1 million in cash and an 8% profit participation in the property’s planned data center. On August 24, 2025, the Company received written notice of termination from Data Journey. Upon termination, the Company recognized a gain of $0.4 million as a result of a forfeited deposit by Data Journey. The Company continues to market the property for sale. The South Carolina Land, with a carrying value of $7.2 million, is presented as long-term assets held for sale as of September 30, 2025 and December 31, 2024.
