Subsequent Events	16. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Subsequent events have been evaluated through August 15, 2022, the date at which the condensed consolidated financial statements were available to be issued, and the Company has concluded that no such events or transactions took place that would require disclosure herein except as stated directly below. On August 10, 2022, Greenidge and the Noteholder agreed to amend the terms of the Secured Promissory Note. Refer to Note 7 for a further discussion.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
