INITIAL PUBLIC OFFERING	NOTE 3. INITIAL PUBLIC OFFERING Pursuant to the Proposed Public Offering, the Company will offer for sale up to 22,000,000 Public Shares (or 25,300,000 Public Shares if the underwriters’ over-allotment option is exercised in full) at a purchase price of $10.00 per Public Share. Each Public Share will consist of one Class A ordinary share. As further discussed in Note 8, the Company completed its initial public offering on May 4, 2021.
