SUBSEQUENT EVENTS
SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 17 - SUBSEQUENT EVENTS The Board of Directors approved and declared a dividend of $0.0025 per share on January 30, 2025 for each quarterly period ending June 30, 2025 through June 30, 2026. A total dividend of $37,852 was paid on January 10, 2026 to common stockholders on record at December 31, 2025. A dividend has been declared for the period ending March 31, 2026.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
