Notes Payable – Round B

These notes bear a 10% annual interest rate, compounded calendar quarterly. Accrued interest of $46,644 and $32,470 was recorded at June 30, 2025 and December 31, 2024, respectively. The notes issued under Round B are due two years from the date of issuance, in October 2025.
