Subsequent Events	NOTE 10: SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On March 21, 2023, the Company, through actions of its Shareholders, filed an amended and restated articles of incorporation which extended the term of the trust to September 22, 2023 to allow for the execution of a business combination. An additional 216,697 shares redeemed. Leaving 545,611 shares of redeemable Class A Common.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
