On March 14, 2024, Silver Spike Investment Corp. (“SSIC”) issued a press release announcing that it will (i) report its financial results for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2023 before market open on Thursday, March 28, 2024, and (ii) discuss those financial results in an earnings conference call and webcast at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time on Thursday, March 28, 2024. This press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
