On February 20, 2024, Silver Spike Investment Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the broadening of the Company’s investment strategy. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.

 

On February 20, 2024, the Company issued a press release announcing the Company’s entry into an agreement with Chicago Atlantic Loan Portfolio, LLC (“CALP”) to acquire a loan portfolio from CALP (the “Loan Portfolio Acquisition”). A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.2.

 

On February 20, 2024, the Company provided an investor presentation in connection with the Loan Portfolio Acquisition. A copy of the investor presentation is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.3.
