Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On July 25, 2023, Silver Spike Investment Corp. (“SSIC”) issued a press release announcing that it will (i) report its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2023 before market open on Friday, August 11, 2023, and (ii) discuss those financial results in an earnings conference call and webcast at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time on Friday, August 11, 2023. This press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.

(“SSIC” or the “Company”), a specialty finance company that was formed to invest across the cannabis ecosystem through investments primarily in the form of direct loans to privately held cannabis companies, today announced it will report financial results for its second quarter ended June 30, 2023, before market open on Friday, August 11, 2023.
