Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On March 8, 2023, Silver Spike Investment Corp. (“SSIC”) issued a press release announcing that it will (i) report its financial results for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2022 pre-market open on Friday, March 31, 2023, and (ii) discuss those financial results in an earnings conference call and webcast at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time that same day. This press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.

(“SSIC” or the “Company”), a specialty finance company that was formed to invest across the cannabis ecosystem through investments in the form of direct loans to, and equity ownership of, privately held cannabis companies, today announced it will report financial results for its fiscal year ended December 31, 2022, pre-market open on Friday, March 31, 2023.
