On September 14, 2021, the board of directors (the “Board”) of APA Corporation (“APA”) amended APA’s Bylaws (the “Bylaws”), effective immediately, to reflect the change in the name of the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee of the Board to the Corporate Responsibility, Governance, and Nominating Committee. The foregoing description of the amendments to the Bylaws does not purport to be complete and is qualified in its entirety by reference to the Bylaws, as amended, a copy of which is filed herewith as Exhibit 3.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
