ITAQ + NXT Merger Creates Renewable Fuels Leader Transaction Overview • Industrial Tech Acquisitions II, Inc. (“ITAQ”), a publicly listed special purpose acquisition company with $176 million in cash currently held in trust, has agreed to combine with NEXT Renewable Fuels, Inc. (the “Company”) • Upon closing, the business will be conducted under the name NXTClean Fuels, Inc.
