On August 11, 2022, the Company issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2022. In connection with the press release, the Company held a telephone conference call on August 11, 2022. The full text of the transcript of the telephone conference call are furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and are incorporated by reference in this Item 2.02.
