Debt Disclosure [Text Block]	Short-Term Borrowings At June 30, 2012 and December 31, 2011, there were no outstanding borrowings and $45.7 million available to borrow under the Credit Agreement with JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., the term of which expires on November 30, 2012. The Company was in compliance with all covenants under the Credit Agreement as of June 30, 2012.
