Zhangmen Education Inc. Announces Change to its Board of Directors

 

SHANGHAI, China, October 15, 2021 – Zhangmen Education Inc. (“Zhangmen” or the “Company”) (NYSE: ZME), a leading online education company in China, today announces that Mr. Fei Wu has tendered his voluntary resignation from his position as an independent director of the Company due to personal reasons, effective as of October 15, 2021.
