The Company’s Public Shares feature certain redemption rights that are considered to be outside of the Company’s control and subject to the occurrence of future events. As of December 31,2021 and 2020, there were 14,950,000 and no Class A ordinary shares subject to possible redemption, respectively.

The Public Shares issued in the Initial Public Offering in connection with the over-allotment exercise were recognized in Class A ordinary shares subject to possible redemption as follows:
